"Let's open the floor to discussion," Liu Qingyi invited, after a contemplative pause that filled the room with silence.    

"President, we simply cannot afford to let the Black Cloud Merchant Guild leak this news. If the ten great immortal sects get involved, even the formidable Green Yuan Sect may struggle to reap substantial benefits," an elder hastily interjected, echoing Liu Qingyi's concerns.    

"Indeed, President. We must keep this news under wraps for the time being. Our best course of action is to appease the Black Cloud Merchant Association with some concessions to ensure their cooperation," concurred several high-ranking members of the Green Yuan Merchant Guild.    

"I've briefed the elders of the Green Yuan Sect on the situation. They too emphasize the importance of pacifying the Black Cloud Merchant Guild to prevent any leaks," Liu Qingyi declared with gravity. "Moreover, to avoid drawing the attention of the ten great immortal sects, the Green Essence Sect and the Black Cloud Alliance will come to an understanding. Neither party will deploy their experts."    

The elder who had spoken earlier furrowed his brow in response, "President, the Black Cloud Merchant Guild is notoriously enigmatic and unpredictable. It appears our Azure Yuan Merchant Guild must be even more vigilant and prepared."
