In the grand hall of the Mysterious Sky Immortal Sect, the high-ranking members convened to deliberate on the developments concerning the Chasing Sun Mountain Range. Their leader, a scholarly middle-aged man named Xuan Tianrui, held the esteemed position of Sect Leader. His prowess was not limited to his peak cultivation in the Great Luo Immortal Venerable Realm; he was also known for his formidable ruthlessness and strategic acumen.    

It was widely acknowledged that Xuan Tianrui commanded respect and fear throughout the Chaotic Earth Domain.    

"Elders," Xuan Tianrui began, his voice resonating through the hall, "news from Fengqi Immortal Mountain confirms the Chasing Sun Mountain Range has surfaced. The time has come for the Mysterious Sky Immortal Sect to act."    

A moment of hesitation gripped a Great Luo Immortal Supremacy before he addressed the Sect Master, "Sect Master, Senior Tai Xuan has cautioned us against concerning ourselves with the Chasing Sun Mountain Range. Perhaps we should reach out to Senior Tai Xuan first."    

"Time waits for no one," Xuan Tianrui replied, shaking his head. "I, too, wish to await Senior Tai Xuan's return, but the Four Great Taiyi Forces are already seeking to question him about the Chasing Sun Mountain Range's location. We must seize this opportunity."    

The Great Luo Immortal Venerable appeared to have more to say, but Xuan Tianrui interjected, "Enough. With the appearance of the Chasing Sun Mountain Range, we must act. I've resolved to lead the expedition myself."    

Xuan Tianrui's interest in the Chasing Sun Mountain Range had been piqued ever since he received the information from Lord Taixuan. For someone of his stature, without significant breakthroughs, ascending to the next level was nearly inconceivable.

"Greetings, Senior Tai Xuan."    

Xuan Tianrui, alongside the Elders of the Mysterious Sky Immortal Sect, quickly regained their composure. They turned to the old man at the entrance and bowed respectfully.    

The enigmatic figure in Daoist attire was none other than Lord Taixuan. Though not a member of the Profound Heaven Immortal Sect, his bond with the sect's former Master was profound. Upon the unexpected demise of the previous Sect Master of the Xuantian Immortal Sect, the stewardship had been entrusted to Lord Taixuan.    

Because of this, Immortal Venerable Tai Xuan held an exceptionally revered status within the Profound Heaven Immortal Sect. Even Xuan Tianrui, the current sect master, showed him the utmost deference.    

Yet, neither Xuan Tianrui nor the others had anticipated Lord Taixuan's return to the Profound Sky Immortal Sect at this juncture.    

Venerable Tai Xuan let out a cold snort. "Xuan Tianrui, do you recall the instructions I left you with upon my departure from the Chaotic Domain?"    

"Indeed, I do," Xuan Tianrui replied with a rueful smile. "Senior Tai Xuan, the Four Grand Unity Forces have been pressing us for information regarding the Chasing Sun Mountain Range. The Profound Heaven Immortal Sect is left with no alternative but to disclose its location."    

Xuan Tianrui had long anticipated exploring the Chasing Sun Mountain Range, yet he never contemplated defying the Grand Xuan Immortal Supremacy.
