World's Strongest Martial Warrior

The sight of the gray-robed middle-aged man being effortlessly killed by Peter Parker with a mere flick of his finger sent waves of terror through the remaining members of the Green Mountain Immortal Sect.    

If a First Grade Golden Immortal was powerless against this young man in black, what chance did they, mere Heaven Immortals, have against him?    

The Green Mountain Immortal Sect was renowned within a hundred thousand miles.    

Though the Cangshan Immortal Sect was not a Great Luo power, lacking a Great Luo Immortal Venerable as its protector, it boasted a storied past. It had produced a Great Luo Immortal Venerable in its heyday and retained the foundation of such a venerable entity.    

In essence, the Cangshan Immortal Sect was a premier Golden Immortal force, with few below the rank of Great Luo Immortal Venerable daring to challenge it.    

The sect members were clearly attempting to leverage their sect's reputation to instill caution in Peter Parker.    

"Green Mountain Immortal Sect? Can't say I've heard of it."    

Peter Parker's voice was cool and detached as he formed a hand seal, effortlessly subduing the ten or so individuals from the Cangshan Immortal Sect.    

Regardless of their identities, Peter Parker was resolute in his intervention and did not flinch at the prospect of eliminating them.    

With a thunderous boom, his seal trapped the ten or so people from the Blue Mountain Immortal Sect, immobilizing them along with the space around them.    

Despite their struggles, they were paralyzed, forced to watch in despair as Peter Parker's hand descended, obliterating them into oblivion.    

"Thank you, young friend, for your aid."    

Ling De, unable to contain his gratitude, promptly led the young man beside him to express their thanks to Peter Parker.    

Peter Parker simply nodded and said, "Let's move on. We can discuss this further once we're clear of this area."    

"Very well. Please, follow me, young friend."    

Aware that they couldn't linger, Ling De quickly escorted Peter Parker and the young man away, vanishing into the expanse of the plain.    

As they traveled, Ling De shared insights with Peter Parker, revealing that they were traversing a tumultuous zone in the northwestern part of the Purple Flame Heaven Domain.    

While this region lacked Immortal Kings, it was still teeming with formidable Great Luo forces, and even Taiyi Immortal Venerables stood guard.    

The Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect, to which Ling De and his companions belonged, was not native to this tumultuous area. Their sect had once crossed the powerful Jade Cloud Immortal Palace—a Great Luo faction—and suffered a crushing defeat. The surviving disciples had fled into this lawless territory and reconstituted their sect.    

Now, the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect was merely a minor Golden Immortal Sect, hardly noteworthy in this chaotic land, struggling to maintain its existence.    

Not long before, Ling De had ventured out to safeguard a prodigious youth from their sect and had serendipitously come into possession of a coveted Great Luo Immortal Art. This treasure drew the covetous gaze of the Cangshan Immortal Sect, prompting a relentless pursuit.    

Had Ling De not fortuitously encountered Peter Parker that day, he feared that he and his companions would have perished at the hands of their pursuers.    

"Peter, the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect hails from the lower realm, the Immortal Breaking Universe. I doubt many in the Immortal World are even aware of it. How did you come to know about us?" Ling De inquired, his curiosity piqued.    

Peter Parker responded with a subdued tone, "During my time in the lower realm, I visited the Immortal Breaking Universe. I've come to know quite a bit about the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect."    

Ling De was taken aback, a chill running through him. He had assumed the man before him was an extraordinary talent from the Great Luo or perhaps even the Taiyi. The revelation that Peter Parker was from the lower realms was unexpected. To think that someone of his youth could so effortlessly overpower a First Grade Golden Immortal after ascending from the lower realms—it was nothing short of extraordinary.    

Peter Parker subtly probed further, uncovering that Ling De seemed unaware of Ling Xiyao's existence. It was clear that after their defeat by the Jade Cloud Immortal Palace, the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect had been shattered, its disciples scattered. Only a handful had made their way to the Bedlam Lands to rebuild their once-great sect.    

Ling Xiyao likely represented another group of survivors from the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect. They had remained hidden, even facilitating Ling Xiyao's infiltration into the Jade Cloud Immortal Palace as they awaited the right moment to strike and confront the palace's forces.    

Though the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect in the Bedlam Lands was unaffiliated with Ling Xiyao, Peter Parker had accepted an invitation from Ling De to visit their sect. Being new to the Purple Flame Heaven Domain, Peter Parker had no better alternatives for places to explore.    

Furthermore, the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect in the Bedlam Lands could be seen as an extension of the main sect. Having committed to Ling Xiyao to assist with the Jade Cloud Immortal Palace, Peter Parker intended to keep his promise. However, challenging a Zenith Heaven power was no small feat.    

Encountering members of the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect presented an opportunity for Peter Parker to lend his aid, potentially assisting in their growth within the Bedlam Lands. This support might prove crucial in the eventual confrontation with the Jade Cloud Immortal Palace.    

Three days later, under Ling De's guidance, Peter Parker and his companions were warmly received as guests at the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect. Yet, after settling them in, Ling De and his associates, citing urgent business, hastily took their leave.    

In the days that followed, Ling De did not seek out Peter Parker again. It appeared that the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect had all but disregarded their presence, as if Ling De had forgotten about them entirely after their arrival.    

Despite this, Peter Parker's keen intuition told him that the atmosphere within the sect was growing more charged by the day, signaling that significant events were unfolding.    

After a couple of days of absence, a weary Ling De finally reappeared before Peter Parker.    

He gave Peter Parker an apologetic look and said, "Peter, I haven't been able to break away these past few days. Please forgive my oversight."    

"It's fine."    

Peter Parker dismissed the apology with a wave of his hand and regarded Ling De with a detached expression. "You didn't come here just to apologize, did you?"    

"It seems you've already figured it out. The Sky-Breaking Immortal Sect has indeed run into some difficulties lately."    

Ling De gave a wry smile. "Honestly, I'm here today because I need your help."    

Peter Parker nodded. "What's going on with the Sky-Breaking Immortal Sect?"    

"It's quite a tale..."    

Taking a deep breath, Ling De started to recount the events to Peter Parker.    

Not too long ago, the Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect fortuitously stumbled upon an untapped immortal mine. Successfully mining it would undoubtedly bolster the sect's power significantly.    

However, despite their utmost discretion in discovering the immortal mine, they were still found out by a nearby Golden Immortal force.    

The Heaven-Cleaving Immortal Sect has recently taken heavy losses in their conflict with this Golden Immortal force. Several Golden Immortals have perished, leaving the sect in a dire predicament.    

This is why Ling De had no other option but to seek assistance from Peter Parker.
