As a celebrated Immortal King in the Immortal World, Absolute Sword was immensely powerful. It didn't matter if she reduced her cultivation base to match Peter Parker's level; even if she brought it down to that of a First Grade Heaven Immortal, she possessed numerous techniques that could easily dispatch Peter Parker.    

While speaking, Absolute Sword raised her hand and made a sweeping gesture in the air. Suspended at the heart of this formation was a small black sword, about a foot in length.    

"Do you see that small black sword within the formation? It is the key to the Immemorial Celestial Pond. If you can retrieve it, you'll gain entry to the pond and receive its sacred baptism," Absolute Sword explained with a detached look.    

Peter Parker exhaled in relief upon hearing this. As long as he wasn't directly confronting the formidable figure before him, he felt reassured.    

"Don't underestimate my sword formation. Once, an unparalleled prodigy with an innate sword physique took twenty-six days to dismantle it," Absolute Sword's voice echoed once more.    

"Thank you for the warning, senior. I understand," Peter Parker responded, taking a deep breath as his eyes fixated on the sword formation hovering above.    

Peter Parker had no intention of underestimating the sword formation, even without Absolute Sword's cautionary words. Her reputation as an Immortal King with profound mastery in the Sword Dao was well-known. A casually formed sword array by her hand was unlikely to be easily broken.    

But Peter Parker was not concerned.

For Peter Parker, unraveling its secrets was not an arduous task. He estimated that he could decode approximately fifty percent of the formation within two hours. Given a full day, he could likely grasp sixty percent. In simpler terms, he would understand six percent.    

At this rate, it would take him roughly half a month to fully comprehend this abridged version of the Ten Thousand Absolute Immortal Formation.    

Without hesitation, Peter Parker dedicated his entire focus to mastering the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation arrayed before him.    

"This kid... he's quite the curiosity," mused the Absolute Sword Immortal King, her beautiful eyes betraying a flicker of surprise.    

Since the inception of her trial in the Immemorial Immortal Pond, each opening had brought forth a slew of prodigies from the Sword Extinguishing Immortal Palace.    

For years, nearly all the young talents who reached the final challenge opted for the direct approach, using brute force to break the formation. They would relentlessly assault the sword formation, gradually depleting its energy before ultimately overcoming it.    

This included the one with the innate sword body, who had also relied on his own formidable strength to conquer the formation.    

Yet, the Innate Sword Physique wielder had a keen ability to detect subtle flaws in the formation and exploit its vulnerabilities, which allowed him to shatter the formation in a mere twenty days.    

However, the young man before her had chosen a different path. Rather than launching a frontal assault, he was intent on understanding her Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation.

As Peter Parker delved deeper into his understanding, half a month flew by in an instant. His mastery of the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation had soared to ninety percent.    

Two more days passed, and then the system's pleasant chime echoed in Peter Parker's mind.

Peter Parker's eyes snapped open, emitting a piercing light. He had at last fully mastered the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation.    

Having achieved this mastery, Peter Parker gazed at the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation hovering in the air with renewed familiarity, as if it were an extension of himself.    

He rose to his feet and casually walked toward the airborne formation, as if he were simply strolling through a garden.    

"Could it be that this kid has really understood something?" The Absolute Sword Immortal King's eyes widened with amazement at the sight.    

Under the watchful eye of the Absolute Sword Immortal King, Peter Parker entered the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation alone. He moved in a peculiar arc, each step landing precisely on a node of the formation, rendering the swords powerless to strike him.    

In no time at all, Peter Parker reached the heart of the formation with ease. He reached out and effortlessly seized the small black sword in his palm.    

Witnessing this, the Absolute Sword Immortal King flicked his finger, and the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation vanished into thin air.    

She gazed at Peter Parker and couldn't resist exclaiming, "It seems I've underestimated you. I never imagined you'd grasp the essence of my Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation."    

Peter Parker responded with humility, "It's merely a basic version of the Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation. I doubt I could have understood the complete technique."    

"You're too modest," the Absolute Sword Immortal King replied, shaking his head. "You're the first in many years to unravel the mysteries of the final stage of my Ten Thousand Absolute Sword Formation."    

"Congratulations on surmounting all the challenges and earning your place at the Immemorial Immortal Pond for your baptism," he stated with a nonchalant air.    

Peter Parker paused, beginning to speak, "Senior..."    

But the Absolute Sword Immortal King cut him off with a wave of his hand. "I know what you're about to say. Though I possess my own consciousness, I am severed from my true form. Your questions would be in vain."    

With a rueful smile, Peter Parker simply bowed to the Immortal King and made his way swiftly to the gateway of the Primeval Immortal Pond.
