Without waiting for a reaction from the astonished Cloud Sky Sect members, Peter Parker turned to Zi Yao and said, "Let's return to the Longevity Immortal Palace."    

In an instant, they transformed into a streak of light, soaring toward the Longevity Immortal Palace.    

"The Evergreen Immortal Palace... just like that, it's gone?" Immortal Venerable Yun Qian gazed at the ruins, disbelief etched on his face.    

The Evergreen Immortal Palace, once a formidable force that emerged following the disappearance of the Longevity Immortal King, had been untouchable. For years, it stood as a dominant power in the immortal realm, unchallenged by any.    

Yet now, to everyone's astonishment, it had been decimated within the domain of the Longevity Immortal Palace.    

Old Ancestor Qing Yun gazed in the direction where Peter Parker had vanished, drew a deep breath, and said, "It seems that the one who perished was none other than Immortal Venerable Chang Qing."    

They were well aware of Peter Parker's extraordinary talent, but they hadn't anticipated that he would so effortlessly dispatch a renowned Immortal Venerable like Lu Changqing, especially after being off the radar for mere decades.

"It looks like something's happened to Lu Changqing," they said, their expressions grave.    

Lu Changqing was in dire straits, unable to cope alone. With Red Flame Immortal Venerable unable to reach her senior brother, the destruction of the Longevity Palace was out of the question.    

For the sake of their current strategy, a tactical retreat was the only option.    

"Red Flame, I have urgent matters to attend to and must take my leave," the sovereign declared.    

Without waiting for a response, the Black and White Immortal Venerables vanished into the sky above the Longevity Immortal Palace, along with the entourage from the Prehistoric Immortal Palace.    

The Black and White Immortal Venerables kept their divination a secret from Red Flame Immortal Venerable. With her formidable background, she could significantly benefit them if she were to escalate the conflict between the Longevity Immortal Palace and herself, or better yet, if she were to meet her downfall in the process.    

"What are these two up to?" Red Flame Immortal Venerable's expression darkened considerably upon realizing the situation.    

Initially, it was Lu Changqing's and Black White Immortal Venerable's responsibility to confront the Longevity Immortal Palace. She had simply reaped the rewards of their efforts by offering assistance.    

But now, they had departed one after the other, leaving her to fend for herself. What the heck was going on?
