Being in a city wholly under the Elemental Spirit Hall's control, the bustling areas naturally fell under their jurisdiction.    

Allocating a section of this prime real estate was no issue at all.    

Thus, the Three Yuan Palace found its home there, under the protective watch of the Elemental Spirit Hall, ensuring its safety.    

As long as one refrains from wandering off on their own and stays within the core area controlled by the Elemental Spirit Hall, their safety is guaranteed.    

Elemental Spirit City, one of the most flourishing metropolises on the Dongyuan Continent, boasts a concentration of spiritual energy that is exponentially greater than that of the low-grade Fengwu State. Even secluded cultivation here far exceeds the conditions of the former location of the Three Courts. This fact alone has numerous powers in lower-grade states longing for access.    

Yet, this is merely the foundation. Lin Xuan has directed the Elemental Spirit Hall to extend to the Three Courts the privileges typically reserved for an ordinary peak King Level force. Currently, aside from a few demonic beasts Lin Xuan acquired to protect the unnamed valley, there isn't a single King Level practitioner among the entire Three Courts. The benefits afforded to a peak King Level force are more than sufficient.    

With the right talent, advancing to the Martial King Stage is a significant possibility. Should any warrior within the Three Courts achieve this breakthrough, they would gain immediate entry into the five great halls and receive even higher honors.    

Naturally, not everyone can freeload indefinitely. They will gradually be given business opportunities to earn their keep. A crucial element in this system is the implementation of rewards and punishments. It's well known that even within the Ming Chang Royal Family and the Lin Family back in Fengwu State, there were many who behaved arrogantly and tyrannically.

Since Lin Qiyuan was reluctant to travel to the Central Essence Continent, and using the Tianyuan Secret Realm for transport would risk exposure, the reunion had to be postponed.    

"Yes, Xuan, I trust you," Lin Qiyuan replied, his face beaming with a smile.    

Lin Xuan, much like a younger family member to him, had grown up under his watchful eye, and Lin Qiyuan couldn't help but feel proud.    

However, his male pride prevented him from seeking out Su Yun Yan and Lin Shiyun in the Central Essence Continent.    

Thankfully, life on the Dongyuan Continent was quite pleasant.    

The Elemental Spirit City offered a favorable environment with abundant resources, far surpassing what was available in Fengwu State.    

He was content.

He might even be able to contend with those at the Half-level Emperor tier, ascending from his current status as the weakest among them to a true force to be reckoned with.
