Hearing this, Wan Xinglong's face lit up with joy, and he quickly proposed, "In that case, might I inquire if Senior would be interested in assuming the role of Great Venerate within the Hall of Revered Offerings at my Million Treasure Pavilion?"    

"As the Venerate, my Million Treasure Pavilion is prepared to meet all your cultivation requirements. We can negotiate additional terms, including Top Grade spirit stones, beauties, spirit beasts, and Spirit weapons. All we ask is that you come to the aid of my Million Treasure Pavilion in times of crisis. How does that sound to you?"    

Seizing the moment, Wan Xinglong got straight to the point, candidly stating his intentions with an air of expectancy. He refrained from listing too many conditions, knowing full well that despite the Million Treasure Pavilion's wealth and power, it had limited control over the most elite resources. Such assets were typically claimed by the Central Essence Continent's mightiest factions, each led by Half-level Emperor powerhouses, leaving little for a first-rate force like the Million Treasure Pavilion to offer a Half-level Emperor.    

The most appropriate offering they had was likely the Top Grade spirit stones, along with a few other negotiable terms. Yet, the Million Treasure Pavilion had a unique advantage over other Overlord Level Forces: it could dedicate its full resources to support a single individual.    

Lin Xuan, a prodigy who had reached the Half-level Emperor status at such a young age, would undoubtedly require a vast amount of cultivation resources. Other overlords, even with Lin Xuan in their ranks, wouldn't be able to fully support him, as they had their own Grand Elders and ancestors to consider. Lin Xuan would be seen as an outsider.    

The situation at the Million Treasure Pavilion was different. Should Lin Xuan decide to join, he would become the sole Half-level Emperor there, and the Pavilion would spare no effort in providing for him.    

The resources required by a Half-level Emperor were not easily obtained, but the Million Treasure Pavilion never fell short when it came to Top Grade spirit stones. Despite their high value, which made even Emperor Level Martial Cultivators seldom use them as currency, they remained fundamental resources. The Pavilion's trade network across the continent ensured a substantial reserve of these stones, a stockpile that even Overlord Level Forces might envy.    

Should Lin Xuan require a significant quantity of Top Grade spirit stones for cultivation, rather than other Emperor Level treasures to enhance his combat prowess, the Million Treasure Pavilion was confident in its ability to supply them. However, as a Pavilion Master of a branch, he didn't have the authority to make such decisions unilaterally. Still, if the other party was interested, negotiations were certainly on the table.    

"There's no rush. Once I return to the Central Essence Continent, I'll make a point of visiting the Million Treasure Pavilion's headquarters in Treasure City. We can discuss the details then," Lin Xuan responded, his smile unwavering.    

"Very good, very good," Wan Xinglong replied, nodding enthusiastically, his smile broadening. "Treasure City will prepare for your arrival, Senior! We await your presence at any time!"    

As long as there wasn't an outright refusal, there was hope. All that remained was for both parties to negotiate and agree on the terms. Familiar with the nuances of business and dealing with merchants, Wan Xinglong knew the drill all too well. Lin Xuan's response had nearly fulfilled his objective for the visit.    

"Interestingly enough, I have some materials here that need to be dealt with. Since you've come, let's see how much you can take off my hands," Lin Xuan said, his voice carrying a hint of opportunity.    

With a wave of his hand, the table was suddenly adorned with a collection of storage rings—dozens of them. Each one was an Emperor Level Storage Ring, boasting vast and robust space. The sheer number of them made it difficult to fathom the quantity and quality of materials they contained.    

"I'll do my utmost," Wan Xinglong replied after a brief pause, nodding. This was part of his prepared agenda for the trip, aimed at currying favor with Lin Xuan and boosting the Million Treasure Pavilion's standing. He hadn't anticipated Lin Xuan's proactive offer, especially one that exceeded his expectations.    

Wan Xinglong hadn't brought all the Top Grade spirit stones from the Million Treasure Pavilion's Dongyuan Continent branch. It might not suffice, but he had no choice but to give it a try. He promptly picked up an Emperor Level storage ring before him and, with his divine sense, began to scrutinize its contents carefully.    

Typically, as the Pavilion Master, he wouldn't need to personally inspect the merchandise; that task was usually delegated to dedicated subordinates. However, today he was without his usual entourage, and the individual he was meeting was the sole Half-level Emperor of the entire Dongyuan Continent. His subordinates simply didn't meet the qualifications to be present, not even those at the peak of Emperor Level.    

His unique position as the Pavilion Master for the entire Dongyuan Continent afforded him this rare opportunity. Otherwise, it would have been highly unlikely for him to gain such an audience. After all, even those at the peak of Emperor Level, while at the pinnacle of power on the Dongyuan Continent, were mere ants before a Half-level Emperor.

If this were the Central Essence Continent, a Half-level Emperor's arrival would necessitate a reception by the Pavilion Master himself. Wan Xinglong meticulously checked each item, his sense of wonder escalating. Many of these treasures were scarcely found or entirely absent from the Million Treasure Pavilion's collection, a testament to their rarity and value.    

The treasures within the storage rings that Lin Xuan had displayed were highly valued in the Dongyuan Continent. Yet, they were piled up as if they were mere common goods. Even the vast wealth of the Dongyuan Continent couldn't compare to this abundance. The six great forces truly lived up to their reputation as the sovereigns of the Dongyuan Continent, having hoarded almost all of the finest items.    

Moreover, these forces preferred to let these treasures gather dust in their vaults rather than sell them, for fear that once sold, the items might pass through various hands and end up with other Emperor Level forces and martial cultivators. Such transactions could inadvertently bolster the power of these Emperor Level Martial Cultivators, potentially threatening the six great forces' dominance.
